Thanks for confirming his reservation for June 5th. I also just want to share my feedback with you. I am very happy with how Boof has been treated there so far. He stayed at Wagging Tails last Saturday and was having a "sad" day. Instead of locking him away in a cage, we were told he was taken up front to hang out for a bit. They also tried to engage him in play a few times. I really appreciate the extra effort and the fact that someone cares. He is very special to us, so how he is treated is extremely important to me. Basically I'm saying thank you and we appreciate it! We are very happy so far.

Hi gang,

Our Puggle had a blast with you last Friday and was nice and wiped out for our drive to the cabin after we picked him up. We were thinking about doing a half day this Friday, from noon to 5 if possible. I wasn’t sure if we needed to set this up as an appointment or just bring him in. Let me know how we need to handle this going forward.

FYI, my wife loved your facility and was really happy after meeting with Jeanie (sp) when we picked our dog up. She is awfully particular about where we drop him off and I’m guessing you will see a lot more of Benny after the great “trail” run day.

Thank you so much for all of your help with Silas. Things have gotten so much better since we started working with you. We all love it. It's fun and usually goes way too fast. We are always sorry to see you go, especially Silas. He whined at the gate when you left today. He was very disappointed.

Sammy got his new do in the capable hands of Amanda yesterday. She did an absolutely beautiful job! Next time I take Sammy, his hair will have completely grown out from the burr cut he received from me:(.
