Wagging Tails Pet Resort Participation Guidelines

Vaccinations

We require vaccinations for all dogs who attend the resort. These vaccinations include Parvo, Distemper, Rabies and Bordetella. It is the dog owner's responsibility to maintain current vaccinations.

Flea Control

All dogs must be on flea prevention from May thru November each year.

Health

All dogs must be in good health. No coughing, vomiting or diarrhea 48 hours prior to arrival at the facility. On admission all dogs must be free from any communicable condition. Dogs that have been ill with or exposed to a communicable condition require veterinarian certification of health prior to admittance to the resort.

Spay and Neuter

Dogs staying with us must be spayed or neutered by the age of 7 months. (Unaltered dogs destabilize the pack, and are at greater risk for injury by other dogs)

Assessment and Evaluation

All dogs must complete Temperament Assessment and Evaluation prior to being guests at the resort. All dogs receive a free day for their Temperament Assessment and Evaluation!

Temperament

The resort does not accept dogs with aggressive or anti-social tendencies.

Leashes

All dogs must enter and exit the resort with a leash and collar on.
